Bandai MG RB-79 Mobile Pod Ball Ver.Ka 5 (Weathering 1 )

 After the kit was coated with clear spray, I can start weathering.

 

 I did the weathering using oil paint as usual.

 First, I added water, rust and oil stains with black oil paint.

 I added same effect as cockpit hatch on side camera housing.

 Also I did weathering in the same way on the arms.

  I used Tamiya enamel for panel line before clear coat, and add  the blurring of oil (Tamiya enamel).

 I can use black paint for water or oil blurring, and red or brown is can be used for rust.

 

 After 1st weathring, I added paint chipping.

 I use Tamiya Enamel (Neutral gray) for chipping. I use very very fine paint brush and "drew "  chipping.

 I did silver dry brush on dark gray area at Canon.

 also, basic weathering around the cockpit.

 I assembled temporarily to check the overall balance.
